Ventura County Linux Users Group

There is a VCLuG meeting Saturday, January 1, 2012, at ITT Tech from 2:00pm to 5:00pm. We meet in Lab 8 on the second floor about middle of the hall. We will show some tips and tricks for Ubuntu 11.10 desktop. Bring your machines, questions and problems. We will do what we can to help. New to Linux? Come on by, try us out, we are here to help you learn more about the greatest OS in the World!

Our friends at the Ventura PHP Developers group will have their third meeting Wednesday, January 14, 7:00pm at Toppers Pizza in Oxnard. If you would like to know more about PHP check it out. I am planning on going and if anyone is interested in carpooling from the Newbury Park area let me know.

After our meeting some may go out for something to eat and continue what went on at the meeting. Anyone is welcome and encouraged to come.
